This Privacy Policy explains how Blair Clark Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information from individuals (“you” or “participants”) who sign up for our free lead magnet offer and/or attend our free live Zoom coaching sessions (“Sessions”). By submitting your information through our sign-up form or by joining a Session, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you sign up for our lead magnet or register for a Session:

•       Name

•       Email address

If you choose to join a live Zoom Session, we may also collect your image, voice, likeness, and any comments, questions, or content you share during the Session (“Session Content”), as described in Section 3 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

•       Send you the link and details for the free live Zoom Session

•       Communicate with you about upcoming Sessions, coaching offers, and related content

•       Send marketing emails and promotional content, which you may unsubscribe from at any time

•       Improve our offerings, content, and future Sessions

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Recording, Use, and Publication of Session Content

Our live Zoom Sessions are recorded. By joining a Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•       Recording: The entire Session, including audio and video, may be recorded.

•       Camera and Microphone Use: If you choose to turn on your camera, unmute your microphone, use the chat feature, or otherwise actively participate, your image, voice, name (or display name), and any statements you make may be captured in the recording.

•       Public Use of Recordings: Recordings, or clips/excerpts of recordings, may be edited, repurposed, and published publicly, including but not limited to social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn), our website, email marketing, advertisements, and other promotional or educational materials, without further notice or compensation to you.

•       No Obligation to Appear On Camera: Participation with camera and microphone on is optional. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may keep your camera off, remain muted, and refrain from using the chat or Q&A features. Attending with your camera on, unmuting to speak, or posting in the chat constitutes your consent to be featured in the recording and any public use of it described above.

•       Display Name: We recommend updating your Zoom display name if you do not want your full legal name visible in any portion of the Session that is recorded or published.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms to operate our Sessions and manage communications, including Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (for hosting live Sessions) and email/marketing service providers (for sending sign-up confirmations and updates). These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the information they process on our behalf, and we encourage you to review Zoom's privacy policy directly at zoom.us/privacy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as necessary to communicate with you about our offerings, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Session recordings or excerpts that have been published publicly (e.g., on social media) may remain publicly accessible indefinitely, even if you later unsubscribe from our email list.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

•       Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send

•       Request that we delete the personal information (name/email) we hold about you by contacting us at the email below

•       Choose not to appear on camera or speak during a Session to avoid being featured in a recording

Please note: we are not able to remove your image or voice from a recording that has already been published publicly once a Session has occurred, but you may request removal and we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests where feasible.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Sessions and lead magnet are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in our Sessions or use of our lead magnet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
