These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the free live Zoom coaching session(s) (the “Session” or “Sessions”) offered by Blair Clark Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) as part of our free lead magnet offer. By registering for or attending a Session, you (“you” or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register for or join a Session.
1. The Session
The Session is a free, live group coaching session hosted by Blair Clark via Zoom. Sessions are offered as part of a promotional lead magnet and are provided “as-is,” for general informational and educational purposes only. We reserve the right to change the date, time, format, or content of any Session, or to cancel a Session, at our discretion.
2. Recording and Consent to Be Featured
All Sessions are recorded in their entirety. By registering for and/or attending a Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Consent to Recording: You consent to the audio and video recording of the Session in its entirety.
• Voluntary Participation: Choosing to turn on your camera, unmute your microphone, speak, ask questions, or post in the chat or Q&A feature is entirely voluntary. If you do so, your image, voice, name or display name, and any statements or content you contribute may be captured in the recording.
• Grant of Rights: By appearing on camera, speaking, or otherwise actively participating in a Session, you grant Blair Clark Media LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable right and license to record, use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display your image, voice, likeness, name (or display name), and statements made during the Session, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed - including but not limited to social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), websites, advertisements, email marketing, and other promotional or educational materials - without further notice, compensation, or approval.
• No Compensation: You will not receive any payment, royalty, or other compensation for the use of your image, voice, likeness, or statements as described in these Terms.
• Opting Out of Being Featured: If you do not want to be recorded or featured in published content, keep your camera off, remain muted, and refrain from participating in the chat or Q&A. You may also consider updating your Zoom display name. Attending a Session at all may still result in your presence being reflected in attendee counts or general audience shots, but choosing not to activate your camera or speak significantly reduces the likelihood you will be individually identifiable in the recording.
3. No Professional Advice / No Guarantee of Results
Content shared during the Session is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or other licensed advice. Any strategies, opinions, or suggestions discussed are general in nature and may not be suitable for your specific situation. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding any specific outcome, result, or success from attending the Session or applying any information discussed.
4. Conduct During the Session
Participants agree to behave respectfully toward the host and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a Session, and to deny future access, for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content presented during the Session, including but not limited to slides, materials, frameworks, and recordings, is the property of Blair Clark Media LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded independently, resold, or redistributed without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Platform (Zoom)
Sessions are hosted using Zoom, a third-party video conferencing platform. Your use of Zoom is also subject to Zoom's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any technical issues, outages, or data practices of Zoom or any other third-party platform used to deliver the Session.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blair Clark Media LLC, its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your registration for, attendance at, or reliance on information provided during the Session. Your participation in the Session is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or attend a Session. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information in connection with the Session and lead magnet is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at LINK, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of a given Session will govern that Session. Continued registration for or attendance at future Sessions constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms or the Session shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan.
